Monday, November 20th at 7PM, Suburban Restaurant & Beer Garden will be hosting their first of many BEER DINNERS! Kicking off the series with Conshohocken Brewing Company, Chef Eric has prepared a 4 course tasting menu to be paired with seasonal, and exclusive releases from Conshohocken Brewing. 1ST: CHICHARRON NACHOS, House Chorizo Sausage, Black Beans, Pickled Jalapenos, Queso Fresco, Cilantro Crema with ARTAX LIVES, Sour Saison aged in Tequila Barrels.
2ND: BRATWURST SCOTCH EGG, IPA Mustard, Braised Red Cabbage, Sauerkraut with DOLL'S EYE, American Black IPA Firkin.
3RD: SHRIMP ON THE BARBIE, Toasted Coconut Rice, Kaffir Lime Curry with DINGO IPA.
4TH: FIGGY PUDDING with WOODLAND CATHEDRAL IMPERIAL BELGIUM STOUT aged in Rum Barrels.
