From Concept to Completion - Opening this November!

Al Pastor and Bella Vista will be the first to open their doors in our highly anticipated retail expansion of Town Center, “Restaurant Row”. Construction is near completion, menus are being developed, and staff are being recruited. We are excited to welcome them this coming November.

Former Steven Starr alums Justin Weathers, and Joe Monnich, are excited to bring big city flavor into the suburbs.

“We wanted to bring everything we’ve learned in our time in center city Philadelphia, to Eagleview Town Center. says Weathers. “We’re bringing two unique concepts to the Eagleview Town Center that, after speaking with local residents, we felt they wanted and deserve.”

Their concepts complement the already existing restaurants in Town Center and will help create an unparalleled dining destination in Chester County, PA. Joe and Justin’s experience and talent bring a unique take on traditional favorites.

“Al Pastor and Bella Vista both express authentic flavors with a fresh, modern approach,” says Monnich. “The Mexican-inspired menu at Al Pastor will feature twists on familiar classics while Bella Vista’s more-trattoria style menu will highlight a rustic, Italian feel. Both will be delicious, shareable, and approachable while presented in a comfortable restaurant fit for any occasion.

Al Pastor: a modern and approachable Mexican restaurant and bar. They’re planning for a “cantina feel” with loads of mezcals, tequilas, Latin wines and fresh juices. The kitchen will focus on cool fresh ingredients and sharp flavors.

Bella Vista: an Italian-American twist on the trattoria. Expect handmade pastas, New York-style pizza using long-fermented dough and high-end ingredients, a few sandwiches, and tantalizing sweets. Wine will be Italian-focused and cocktails “super classic.”

We are proud to welcome Joe & Justin to Eagleview Town Center this November!!
