Affair on the Square: Saturday, October 10th

Eagleview Town Center on October 10th is going to be a day full of entertainment for all from 8am-3pm. The day begins with the Pedal4Cam bike rides. The activities in Town Center including kids activities, crafter market and food trucks starting at 11am and running until 3pm. 

Here's a list of the fun the Affair on the Square has in store:

Pedal4Cam Bike Ride Pedal4Cam is a fun(draising) bicycle event for persons of all ages and abilities that benefits the Cure4Cam Childhood Cancer Foundation. The rides run from 8am-1pm with staggered ride starts & registration/check-in opens at 7am.

Road bike, paved trail, and mountain bike options are offered. There is also a Pedal Parade for the youngest riders! For more information or to register for the bike ride, visit cure4cam.org.

Entertainment 4 Kids There will be lots for kids of all ages to enjoy including face painting, a balloon artist, a juggler, a stilt walker, games, a bounce house, activities & more!

Make sure to pack a blanket for after the Pedal Parade starting at 10:30AM!  Preceding the parade is a magic show at 11AM on the Town Center stage run by Eddy Ray Magic !

Wellington Wag 4 Dogs Come out with your dog & have them meet the talented agility dogs from the Dog Training Center of Chester County. Puppy Parade starts @ 1pm!

28th Annual Hankin Invitational Benefitting Handi-Crafters - Limited Number of Sponsorships Remaining!

The 28th Annual Hankin Invitational sponsored by Hankin Group and Bentley Systems will be held on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Whitford Country Clubhouse in Exton, PA. The Hankin Invitational is benefitting Handi-Crafters. Handi-Crafters runs one of the largest non-profit employment and disability focused support service programs in Southeast Pennsylvania. Each year they help over 400 individuals to access rewarding employment opportunities in the community and in our Skill Development Center.

Handi-Crafters achieves their goals through partnerships with great employers and the acquisition of work contracts with businesses who choose socially responsible outsourcing to meet their production, assembly and packaging needs.

They offer a continuum of support programs which includes housing solutions and retirement options. In operation since 1961, Handi-Crafters is a trusted resource serving the needs of those who are differently-abled in Chester and surrounding Counties.

Jesse's Run Tomorrow in Eagleview Town Center

Jesse's Run is being held tomorrow, Saturday, June 7th 2014 in Eagleview Town Center! The event consists of a 5k run, a 1-Mile Family Fun Walk and a Rollers and Strollers Parade (wheelchair participants are welcome). All race-day proceeds directly benefit the Downingtown Area School District Jesse Hamilton Student Athlete Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Lionville Community YMCA’s Changing Lives annual fund to help kids and families in financial need participate in membership and programs at the Y.

FLO Race For Traditions: Pre-Registration Deadline Next Week, April 22

The deadline to pre-register for the 10th annual Family Lives On Race For Traditions in Eagleview Town Center is next week, Tuesday April 22, 2014. You can register online up until that deadline via Active.com. Enjoy this family event with music, dog tricks, a Brickside Grille hot breakfast for registered race participants, and many goodies donated by our food sponsors.The 5K runners start at 9am, followed by the one mile fun run, 5K and 1M running strollers, 5K and 1M walkers (with or without strollers).
